Little Leaders

The Little Leaders program is designed for our oldest students, aged 4 to 5 years, with a strong focus on preparing them for the transition to primary school. This program emphasizes primary school readiness, combining structured academic learning with play-based activities that foster a love for learning. The curriculum covers all essential areas of development, including literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social-emotional regulation. In addition, children are guided to become more independent, self-confident, and capable of working both individually and within groups. By the end of this program, our Little Leaders are well-prepared to excel in a primary school setting.

Growth and Learning Outcomes:

Primary School Readiness: 

Mastery of key academic skills, including letter-sound correspondence, number recognition, and early writing.

Social Competence:

 Advanced social skills, including teamwork, leadership, and conflict resolution.

Motor Skill Development: 

Refinement of fine motor skills necessary for writing, cutting, and other school-related tasks.

Emotional Maturity: 

Ability to self-regulate emotions, manage stress, and adapt to new situations.
